Nurse Consultations
Expert care, gentle handling, and more time for what matters.
Our nurse consultations are a real point of difference. Unlike many practices, we’re proud to have a full team of qualified, experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs), so your pet is seen by professionals with formal training, clinical experience, and a deep understanding of animal behaviour, handling and ongoing care. Our nurses don’t just “assist”, they lead clinics, monitor chronic conditions, administer treatments, and support pets and owners through every stage of life.
Chronic disease & preventative health clinics
Each clinic is designed to offer excellent value, expert support, and continuity of care, helping you stay ahead of problems and keep your pet comfortable at every age.
Weight & Obesity Clinics
Obesity is one of the most common, and preventable, health issues in pets. Our nurse-led weight clinics offer regular weigh-ins, tailored feeding plans, lifestyle and exercise advice, and ongoing encouragement and accountability. Small, sustainable changes can dramatically improve quality of life.
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Monitoring
For pets with kidney disease, consistency matters. Nurse clinics allow for regular monitoring, blood and urine test coordination, blood pressure checks, and diet and medication support. This approach helps stabilise disease and maintain comfort.
Blood Pressure Clinics
Like us, high blood pressure can be silent but serious, especially in cats and senior pets. Regular, gentle checks mean early detection, which is key to protecting your pet’s long-term health.
Geriatric Clinics
Designed to spot early signs of age-related disease, support comfort and mobility, and help senior pets enjoy the best possible quality of life. Led by our experienced RVNs, these calm, unhurried appointments focus on gentle handling, regular monitoring and tailored advice for older dogs and cats.
