Alexia is an experienced Veterinary Surgeon and long-standing part of the practice. She joined as a permanent Veterinary Surgeon in 2015, took on Clinical Directorship two years later, and after nearly a decade of service was offered ownership, allowing her to rebrand and elevate the practice further. Alexia holds an ILM-recognised Diploma in Veterinary Leadership and Management.
She leads with a steady focus on continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance standards, refine systems and ensure high quality. She values a workplace where professionalism and kindness sit side by side, and where excellence is delivered with warmth and ease. Those who work with Alexia know her for her character as much as her capability, optimistic, enthusiastic and encouraging, with infectious positivity and unwavering determination. Under her leadership, the practice continues to grow not just in reputation, but in purpose.
Lucy is a long-standing member of the practice and a deeply valued part of the Clinical and Management team. While her work may take place more behind the scenes than in the consult room, her contribution is essential to the heart and success of the practice.
Lucy first joined as a veterinary nurse and quickly grew into a trusted leader, progressing from Head Nurse to Practice Manager, and ultimately to ownership and the responsibilities of a Director. Known for her calm strength and focus under pressure, she has a remarkable ability to bring order and clarity to even the busiest days. She is passionate about streamlining systems, modernising processes and supporting the very best care of the animals at the centre of our purpose. Her nursing background remains at the core of everything she does, grounded in kindness and care. With a creative touch, Lucy also designed the much-loved Whiskers logo.
